The gear from Barrows is fine but, if you do die the items decay to zero, and repairing becomes expensive. I'd suggest looking into RS Gold Dragonrider gear. It's hybrid (meaning you could use it while you train any of the three styles of combat) and the entire set includes a prayer reward which is +46 or less.

The Elder Kiln offers you the TokkulZo ring, which is capable of taking you directly to a bank and an enchanting jewelry ring. If you complete Fairy Tale part 3 and The Elder Kiln, you are able to reach all places in RuneScape in a matter of seconds. I'd say finish Shilo Village and go to Duradel. Once you've reached 75 slayer make your way to Kuradal in the Ancient Cavern, and then proceed to Morvran to finish your final levels.

If you're looking for herbs, believe RuneScape Wiki has a spreadsheet of the top herb you can at present. Usually, snapdragons, toadflax and ranarr are safe choices. I suggest you concentrate on Slayer for the time being It's very profitable (more than at higher levels but still lucrative) and you can train the majority of your abilities while you slay.

Also, I suggest getting 80 dungeoneering for a Chaotic. In the meantime, attempt to get 70 attack for an attack. Last but not least, I suggest you do some quests now. Your skills are low, and the xp rewards would help you get rid of some classes. And glad to hear you're a member!

Barrows is the tier 70 tank armor It's also in the same level as GWD armor. Barrows has more defensive benefits but GWD offers offensive boosts. I'd avoid using the barrows with a normal slayer because it's likely to buy runescape levels not be worth the cost of repairs.
