One common medication for men with erectile dysfunction is Vidalista 20. There is tadalafil in this erection medication. Take 1 pill one hour before having sex.  The medication takes 30 to 60 minutes to start taking effect. The effects of Vidalista only materialize when there is adequate sexual arousal; it is not an aphrodisiac. It is not advised to consume a lot of alcohol right before using.
