Madden nfl 23 Coins for years. Same shit every year really got to me. Idk how many of my buddies can continue to play them. I mean I'm not into any sport, but how can the release of an annual season of Madden, or any sports franchise, any different from a new season starting every year for each sport?

Sports require seasons in order to determine their schedules for games. Sporting events have 95percent of their codes copypasted from year to year. They really don't need to resell it for $60/$70 every year. Make cheaper season updates available as DLC and only offer something for sale only if it's an important upgrade.

As someone who had madden since its launch in the year 97. I'm done with it. The first year I'm 100% not buying the game. Each time I feel like they're moving forward they'll eventually eliminate one of their cool features and make it available a couple of years later to get people to revisit. For a start, with a game like CoD like any yearly release game , you'll be getting the entire story mode as well as online and possibly another mode or two that you can play. With Madden, it's literally exhibit, franchise, or a way to blow your money on Ultimate Team.

Honestly ever since MLB was released on Xbox it has made me realize how little EA does every year. As much as I enjoy baseball gamesand am ecstatic that MLB the Show was released on Xbox I was disappointed that it's not like the old games where you could play a season in franchise mode and take decisions, sign and release players according to contracts. I enjoyed that aspect of the games, but now you're forced to collect fucking player cards and build your own MUT teams. I could not get into any of the game modes in MLB the Show or Madden.

In reality, video games are superior to IRL sports in that they aren't constrained by the reality. Madden could introduce a ton of features and give players the ability to have a lot of control over different options (like they used to) and offer new and exciting experiences each year. At present there's no way to do that.

It's not feasible to create all the new items from scratch within this time frame. Better to release one massive title every year for 3-4 years (or to work around console generation) with a drastically reduced costs to "roster updates" with the new seasons.

However, they aren't going to do that. They're looking for an annual reset of the Dream Team modes etc. Heck, they even have the audacity to release "legacy" editions for FIFA on Vita and Switch which were simply updates of players and teams and charge full price.

There's not enough time to create all the new stuff from scratch in the time frame. That's right, they used to do it. In the early 2000's they would make a comeback year after year with excellent upgrades and updates to franchise mode and the physics of player movement as well as other things. There is the money Mut Coins Madden 23 and resources to do it and they do, but they can't.
