Seattle Kraken forward Joonas Donskoy ended his career due to the effects of a concussion. The Finnish player was selected in the National Hockey League draft in 2010 by the Florida Panthers in the fourth round under the 99th overall number. As a member of the junior national team of Finland, Donskoy became the bronze medalist of the 2010 World Championship.
