My prayers, if I use them continuously (just to protect my prayers) will wipe out my prayer completely in two minutes or less. I can flash my prayers to protect (on the day before opp atks or after), and RuneScape Gold with 2 prayer pots it is possible to be used for a long time, well beyond the time required for me to get full inv.
The downside is that, because of lag, this can fail...
